Abstract
We have proposed a two-layered agent framework for brokerage between buyers and sellers which is modeled in Constraint Satisfaction Problems (CSP). The brokerage is processed in two layers for efficient linking between buyers and sellers: the competition layer and the constraint satisfaction layer. The seller candidates as requested by the buyers are selected in the competition layer. The buyer's various preferences can be satisfied by the problem solver in the constraint satisfaction layer. The relationship between buyers and sellers is modeled in CSP. CSP finds an optimal solution by choosing the best brokerage to satisfy various preferential requirements for users. We have modeled the brokerage system using CSP and implemented a prototype system for dealing in real estate on the Internet by applying the proposed framework. Finally, we have shown the experimentation about the satisfaction level of the user's preferences in CSP model.
