This is the second call for papers for ICEC 2001 in Vienna, Austria. ICEC2001 is the first of the ICEC conferences that takes place in Europe, underlining the global character of the EC-research and business community. Research papers of all areas related to electronic commerce and electronic government are invited. In particular, papers combining economic, political and technological dimensions are welcome.
